What Data We Collect

1. Timeline submissions via FillOut

When you submit your visa timeline via the FillOut form, you provide dates and milestones (I-130 approval, NVC, DQ, IL, medical, interview, passport received, arrival, green card, SSN). This data is stored in Supabase and used to generate aggregate statistics displayed on this site.

Important: Individual submissions are not publicly displayed — only aggregated trends and anonymised statistics are shown. Your personal data is never shared or sold. FillOut's privacy policy governs form submissions.

2. Analytics via Microsoft Clarity

This site uses Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with it. Clarity may record session replays and heatmaps. No personal data is intentionally included in Clarity sessions. Microsoft Clarity's privacy policy applies to analytics.

3. Browser-stored worksheet data

The DS-260 and I-864 worksheets store your inputs in your browser tab memory only. This data is never transmitted to any server and is lost when you close or refresh the tab. We have no access to your worksheet inputs.

4. Cookies

This site uses no first-party cookies. Microsoft Clarity may set third-party cookies for session analytics. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

Your Privacy Rights (UK GDPR)

Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right to access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Right to correct: You can request that we correct any inaccurate data
• Right to erasure: If you submitted a timeline and wish to have it removed, we will delete your submission and recalculate aggregate statistics
• Right to object: You can object to the processing of your personal data

Data Retention

Timeline submissions are retained indefinitely to maintain community statistics accuracy. If you request deletion, your submission will be removed and aggregate statistics will be recalculated.

Browser-stored worksheet data is automatically deleted when you close or refresh your tab — we do not retain it.
