Every question here was actually asked at a US Embassy London interview, shared by community members afterwards. Browse them, or drill with flashcards.
Officers aren’t testing you: they’re confirming your story. Almost everything they ask is already in your DS-260 and petition. The goal of this bank is rehearsal so nothing catches you off guard: answer honestly, and keep your answers consistent with what you filed. Expect London interviews to run 20–35 minutes: since the public charge worksheet was deployed to consular officers, the financial questioning is a sustained line of enquiry rather than a box-tick.
