CEAC access confirmed at ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx
IV fee ($325) paid and showing PAID
Affidavit of Support fee ($120) paid and showing PAID
Rule: You cannot upload documents until both fees are paid and cleared.
Financial documents (petitioner)
Form I-864 — Affidavit of Support Wet signed — NO digital signatures
IRS Tax Transcript Most recent year — from IRS website, not a copy of your return
W-2s / 1099s
Proof of current employment Employment letter or contract
Recent pay stubs
Petitioner must meet 125% of US Federal Poverty Guidelines based on household size. If income is insufficient, irregular, asset-heavy, or earned abroad — a joint sponsor is required.
