GP summary Dated within 2–3 weeks of appointment
Glasses or contact lenses (if applicable)
Payment method (card preferred)

If applicable:

Medical reports (chronic conditions, mental health, TB/STIs)
Child health record / Red Book
Maternity documentation (if pregnant)

At the medical

Check-in and digital photo
Document review
Chest X-ray (age 15+)
Blood test (age 18+)
Urine test (age 18+)
Physical examination
Vaccine review and administration

Before leaving the clinic:

Collect pink checklist slip — required for embassy document check

Same day — embassy document check

Go directly to the embassy after the medical. Do not go home first.

Go to "Pass Back" window on the right side of the building — do NOT join the main queue

Document check at window
Fingerprints
Receive sealed "Do Not Tamper" envelope for interview day

Missing GP summary
Missing vaccination records
Forgetting pink slip before leaving clinic
Not going to embassy same day
Arriving after 1:00 PM and missing the doc check window

Timing: Medical ~1–1.5 hrs · Coffee break · Embassy doc check opens 11:45 AM · Done by ~12:15 PM

Bottom line — all three must be done

Embassy document check completed same day
